How do I stream and download videos on Faphouse?

To stream and download videos on our clip-store, you first need to purchase a Token package. The bigger the package, the bigger the discount. We accept most major payment systems, including credit cards, PayPal, Bitcoin or Altcoin. Each token page will be billed as a one-time, discreet purchase — with no recurring charges or obligations.

After you’ve made a token purchase, you can proceed to Faphouse and choose a clip with your tokens. All purchased videos can be found under My Account -> My Library.

To download a purchased clip, press the ‘Download Full Video’ button under the video. Choose your preferred resolution and save the video on your device.

How do I recover my password?

If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password” link at the sign-in window. Provide the email you used to sign up, and we will send you a password reset link.

If, for some reason, you are not able to reset your password using the above method, please use our contact form.

I have a FapHouse Membership. Why am I still being asked for tokens to watch a video?

Some creators have chosen to make certain videos only available for direct purchase with tokens.

If you are prompted to purchase tokens to stream a certain video, it likely means the creator has decided not to include the video as part of the Gold streaming. In order to view this video, you’ll need to use tokens.

How do I change my email?

To change your email, go to My Account -> Profile, and click the pencil icon next to your email. (You’ll need to re-enter your password to save this new email.)

A confirmation email will be sent to your new email. Please click the link in order to confirm.

Help! I can’t stream videos on my TV

We recommend using secure browsers such as Chrome and Firefox to get the most out of your Faphouse experience. Unfortunately, some TV browsers and outdated browsers such as Microsoft IE, are not safe and do not support our advanced features.

How do I cancel my membership?

In order to cancel your subscription, please locate the receipt that was sent to your email after you made the payment. You can find the receipt under the exact billing name you used for payment, whether it was Crownbill, Epoch, or Centrobill. Next, visit the billing website using the following links:
